Good design should take into consideration the big picture and surrounding factors, such as existing neighborhood, adjacent buildings, rooftop composition, landscape, masonry, stone, tile, windows and all other materials effecting color. Commercial and Industrial: Includes mixed-use development, apartment complexes and repaints, Homeowner/Condominium Associations, business parks, shopping centers, hotels and hospitality, hospitals, non-profits, health clubs and holistic centers, yoga studios, concrete tilt-ups, mini-strip malls, churches, etc. Fees vary depending on scope of work and time involved. Please contact me. Digital Color Renderings: For best results, it's recommended that clients provide digital architectural elevations. Otherwise, a photo can be submitted and rendered-over, to give you a "broad picture" of what the design will look like, however some masking will occur. $100 for front elevation. Interiors: Interior color design services are provided on every kind of interior. (This service is not recommended over mail due to unforeseen variables such as lighting, furniture, hard surfaces, window treatments, etc.) Private residence or commercial space; site visit in Bay area or Sacramento: $400-800.00 Direction: For simple design, I provide an 8-1/2 x 11 color papers with paint chips, paint manufacturer recommendation including finish. This includes the main body color, trim color and accent (front door and shutters) for $400.00 for private residences. More "elaborate" design specifications are $800.00 for private residences, or more for very large and elaborate home. Enhancements: Recommendations for improvements such as masonry, roofing, windows, exterior front doors, etc. can be made at owner's request. Assistance with carpet, flooring, hard surfaces, cabinetry appliance packages or fabrics can be selected if owner submits material samples, to be tied into paint color design. This service will be done at a nominal fee.
