Studio Tippell was established in 2007 as the marketing umbrella for L.T. Designs and Maximilian Development Company. Two distinctly different companies, L.T. Designs is a Color Design Studio and Maximilian Development is a Project Management, Land Acquisition and Marketing consulting firm. Both companies collaborate with builders, developers and investors in the building industry. Located in the City of Sonoma, our offices are strategically located less than 1 hour from San Francisco/East Bay business centers and 20 minutes from downtown Napa.
